- Fresh Lemon Juice.75oz
- Simple Syrup.5oz
- Sugar the rim of a chilled coupe.
- Add the cognac, Cointreau, lemon juice and syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.

- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.

- Agave Syrup.25oz
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass and turn it in salt.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Add the Jus d’ Manguier, tequila, lime juice and agave to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into the glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
