Ingredients:
  • 1 Oz Red Pineau des Charentes
  • 2/3 Oz Cognac VSOP
  • 2/3 Oz Jus d’ Manguier
  • 1 Oz Apple juice
Instructions: In a shaker combine all ingredients, fill with ice. Shake to chill. Serve it on a coupette and garnish with an apple slide.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 Oz Red Pineau des Charentes
  • 2/3 Oz Gin
  • 1 1/3 Oz Pomegranate juice
  • 1/3 Oz Jasmine syrup
  • 1 1/3 Oz Apple juice
  • 1 Sprig fresh rosemary
In a shaker combine all ingredients, fill with ice. Shake to chill. Serve it on a chilled glass and garnish with a sprig fresh rosemary.
