Ingredients:
  • 2 Oz White Pineau des Charentes
  • 1 Oz Dry white wine
  • ½ Oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Bar spoon of honey
  • 2/3 Oz Sparkling water
  • 1 Sprig fresh thyme / 1 slice of lemon
Instructions: Put the honey into a glass and add the lemon juice, mix it to dilute the honey. Fill the glass with ice, add the wine, the pineau then top with sparkling water and garnish with a dried slice of lemon and thyme.

Ingredients:
  • 2/3 Oz White Pineau des Charentes
  • 1 1/3 Oz Cognac VSOP
  • 2/3 Oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1/6 Oz Barley water
  • 1 Slice of lime
Ingredients: In a shaker blend all ingredients and ice, then shake. Serve it on a coupette and garnish with a slice of lime.

Pineau For Ever

Ingredients:
  • 1 ¾ Oz White Pineau des Charentes
  • 1/3 Oz Spicy sirup (cinnamon, pepper & spicy)
  • 1 ¾ Oz Tonic
  • 2/3 Oz Lime juice
  • 1 Bar spoon of cane sugar
  • 1 Lime zest
Instructions: Add all ingredients except the tonic and fill with ice. Shake to chill and double-strain into a chilled glass, top with the tonic and garnish with a lime zest.
